What
We love when new research is published, or someone offers a new perspective on practice! Part of the course is answering, what we known about exercise, physical activity and persistent musculoskeletal pain!
Why
Knowing that something "works" or "doesn't work" is not enough. Our course investigates why physical activity and exercise has the effect we think it does. We also look at why we might ask certain questions during a clinical interview, but also why we might favour a particular style delivery and communication.
How
The nuts and bolts. It's great to learn what is useful and why that is, but how exactly do you take this and make it meaningful? We take priority in this course to breakdown the practical implications of everything we learn.
